Here you will find my carvings of Clowns, or Tsukus. As stated before in the "Brief History of the Kachina", the role of the clowns were to entertain the people and to show them what not to do in life. They gave the people laughs to forget about everyday life.

The Clown is not a Kachina, but a man painted in several different colors and style, depending on where they were from. Most of my Clowns are painted black and white. I have been asked to carve clowns more frequently, which allows me to use a wider range of my imagination and humor.
